Kedves Olvasok!

A meghirdetett SZALON az indulashoz kepest meg eleg csendes, pedig az olvasok
kozott is udvozoltettem. Ezt a csendet kivanom megtorni. 

A moderalassal kapcsolatban az az allaspontom, hogy a moderator szamara
csupan normativ utasitasok adhatok (ugyanis az egzakt szabalyok mindig
kikerulhetok, pl. ha tilos leirni egy karomkodast, akkor kihagyok belole
egy betut, stb.) A moderator jogait pedig a levalthatosaga korlatozza.
A vita hangnemet remelhetoen a moderalas tenye, es nem a moderator aktiv
kozremukodese fogja megfelelo szinten tartani.

Termeszetesnek tartanam, hogy visszautasitas eseten a moderatornak ha
barmilyen roviden is, de indokolnia kelljen a visszautasitast, tehat a 
megjelenes hianya nem elegendo. Az is nyilvanvalo, hogy maximum ketszeri
(esetleg haromszori) bekuldesre valo reagalas varhato el a moderatortol. 
A moderatornak ne legyen joga a szovegen valtoztatni, vagy abbol torolni,
erre csupan javaslatot tehessen a szerzonek. Egy cikk vagy megjelenhet ugy,
ahogy a szerzo elkuldte, vagy visszautasithato. Ettol esetleg a szerzo
engedelyevel lehet elterni, pl. hogy beirom (Ivan, ha ez tulzas, torold ki),
az ilyen reszeket Ivan konnyen megtalalhatja. A moderatornak joga lehet
jol elkulonitheto modon az erthetoseget konnyito megjegyzeseket fuzni a
cikkhez.

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia (UPI) -- President Vaclav Havel, who as a human
rights activist led Czechs and Slovaks to overthrow communist rule,    
testified Tuesday for the prosecution in the court-martial of three    
former police officials accused of persecuting him and other dissidents.  
        Wearing an elegant gray suit and silk tie, Havel told the four-man 
court of his persecution at the hands of Czechoslovakia's dread secret 
police.  
        Facing the military judges, Havel stood at a lectern in the center of
the courtroom, his back to three defendants who sat on a bench taking  
notes.   
        The prosecution is trying to prove the three policemen violated   
communist-era laws through arbitrary arrests of dissidents.
