A nyul- vagy ozcombot vekony boretol megtisztitjuk, azutan megtuzdeljuk
szalonnaval. Egy tepsibe vagy labasba teszunk zoldseget, kockara vagott
hagymat, nehany szem egesz borsot, par szelet vekonyra vagott szalonnat. Erre
kerul a nyul- vagy ozcomb. Megsozzuk, meglocsoljuk 2 citrom levevel, adunk
hozza aprora vagott gombat, 2 dl vorosbort, egy kanal levest. Kb. egy orat
paroljuk. Vigyazni kell, hogy a leve ne fojon el. Azutan a fedot leveve
betesszuk a sutobe, mikor a leve lesult, egy kanal lisztet hintunk ra.
Elegendo levest ontunk hozza, azutan atszurjuk szitan. Tejfolt keverunk bele
es talalaskor a husra ontjuk. Vajastesztat adunk hozza.
