You are right: in  those parts of Ukraine which are predominantly populated by 
ukrainians,
russians should learn the official (ukrainian) language. I am also sympathetic 
with you regarding
the genocide in 1932 ordered by vicious Stalin. Russian chauvinism in Ukraine w
as quite evident,
but you must admit that millions of ukraininans throughout Ukraine prefered to 
speak russian
language, although nobody forced them to do that. In addition, ukrainian offici
als perfectly
adopted methods of  russian chauvinists in areas with mixed populations! Just o
ne example: since 
1945 USSR,  recently Ukraine, has kept Carpathian region with the town Ungvar-U
zhgorod 
occupied, although it had belonged to Hungary for 1000 years! Most of the popul
ations are
russins (ruthens) with signficant population of hungarian minority. For decades
 ukrainian officials
have not recognized the existence of russin ethnic  and language, and  hungaria
ns have been
deprived of its culture. Authonomy was promised by the president just as a tric
k to be elected.

 the
new constitution excludes any hope in near future for carpathian people to gain
 their, one of the
most important legal human right - self-determination!

Well, I consider the tolerated ones in the middle and thus in the
default, neutral position.  From this it follows that the moral debt is

You can't change a system by leaving the old guard in their power
positions.  It's not enough to change the people in the government
only.  Yet mostly this is what happened in '90, but since '94 even that
is not true.

Right on!  I've attempted such a dialog on s.c.r. in the past, but
nobody picked up on it before.  Even though I think this post-communist
transition has plenty of commonality in the former East Bloc countries

Is it possible to rent a motorbike in Hungary? So yes, can anybody give me
the right coordinates like; adress, telephonenumber or if possible the
E-mail adress. Secondly are there special condition before you may ride on
a motorbike, for instance: is a Belgian drivers license sufficient or do I
have to possess an international drivers license.
