The semi-definitive starting point could be the hungarian-faq, which lists
many electronic info sources; the Hungarian Homepage lists most every
services that is of interest in the country, including the servers in Szeged.
Finding someone's address is best done, as ususal, by contacting the
person in question via phone of snail-mail and ask the address. Finding
just anyone's address is a rather too broad order, and is less useful than
posting appropriate queries to fora (like this newsgroup, although the
mailing lists are better because of the dismal Usenet propagation in
the country) where people who'd be interested in helping out would read it.
If you meant street addresses, those can be found in the directory if the
person has a phone.

Picking random individuals just because their address could be looked up
somewhere is generally a BAD IDEA! The ones Gotthard chose are likely
system manager-type accounts, whose owners should not be flooded with
generic questions about the city.
I am from Szeged, so you can ask me (I can pass it on to my relatives,
who are in Szeged, unlike me right now); or check out the HIX sender
addresses, which have a few posters from there, too. Or, if you're
adventurous ;-(, you may want to check out the RADIR email directory of
HIX (best searched thru its gopher interface) - that is somewhat
out-of-date though, and has very few entries from the HU countryside.
There are also 'whois' servers and other online communications directory
services for the email systems, and for some universities and other
institutions, but typically you need to know the name of a person to
look up in those.
For a good summary of caveats in searching for contacts the FAQs "How to
find people s E-mail addresses" and "College Email Addresses" are good
reading - they could be found in the newsgroup or at the Usenet archive
