A Magyar Nemzeti Bank Annual Report 1990 cimu kiadvanyabol:

EBRD

Francois Mitterrand, President of the Republic of France, proposed the
estabilishing of a European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
His motion was approved by the Council of Ministers of the European Community
in November 1989 and endorsed by the Council of Europe at its December session.

The European Community's initiative is aimed at supporting the political and
economic changes taking place in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe,
which is indicated by the fact that representatives of the beneficiary count-
ries were involved in the preperatory negotiations on the establishment of the
EBRD. Membership of the Republic of Hungary was approved by Parlament in Nov.
1990. The EBRD commenced its operation in April, 1990.

The purpose of the EBRD is to support the process of transition to an open,
market-oriented economy, to promote the development of the private sector and
entrepreneurial initiative in East-Central European countries which have
commited themselves to a multi-party democracy, pluralism and the fundamental
principles of the market economy. The EBRD intends to facilitate the implemen-
tation of structural and sectoral reforms taking place in these countries
partly through infrastructural investments and partly by financing the private
sector.

The international agreement determines the equity shares of the individual
founding members. The combined share of the beneficiary countries is 11.9 per
cent, that of Hungary within this is 0.79 per cent.

The EBRD as a multilateral financial institute will finance its operations
mostly out of loans obtained on the money markets and to a minor extent from
its own capital. It is expected that the EBRD as a borrower financial institute
will aquire the best debtor rating (in view, partly, of the range of member
states and partly of the high capital share paid up); hence it will be able to
lend on favourable but not concessional (aid-type) terms.

internet? Mikor milyen azonositot pl. edu%, wins%, jnet% stb. kell hasz-
nalnom? Ez sokszor nem egyertelmu a cimbol. Azt tudom, hogy az edu halozat
egyetemeket kot ossze, a gov a kormany intezmenyeit stb., de sokszor a cimzes
gepenkent valtozik, teljesen rendezetlennek tunik az egesz. Egyes mail serverek
egeszen intelligensen felismernek szinte minden cimet, de a mienk ugy tunik nem
ilyen, mit lehet tenni?
